Super cold but nice day

I've done all my exams today!! wahahahaaa.
It's super cold today... as cold as Ottawa in February.
Besides the crazy weather, my day is great. After exam, went christmas shopping with kel and we chated & joked. I haven't spend some good time with her for awhile. Oh, we also bought a christmas present for mom. She likes it very much. It's a stepping thing, so she can have some light exercises at home. After that, I made a great dinner for mom and kel; and they enjoyed it.
When you've grown up to certain age, family time becomes treasurable. Although it just a little shopping or a light dinner, it can still be warm as long as all of us sat around the table, without rushing back to study / homework or fighting for chinese news & friends/will&grace.
I am flying to the sunshine florida on wed. I gonna miss my mom and kel. Since it's my first time leaving home for christmas, I don't quite look forward to the vacation. But anyhow, the freezing temperature do motivate me a bit to enjoy the trip.

During the exam period

Time flashes. I have already done 3 of my exams!!
I also got my research papers back from two women's studies courses and I am surprised that I got A on both. well... I'm just too good in criticizing men. lolz.
I still have 2 more exams to go, but there are 4 days of study time piror each... which is great. It's so relaxing now... read a chapter or so and play some guitar, sing some songs, watch some tv, get some sleep, and then read some more again. This routine is in practiced for the whole last week. I never enjoy final exam so much. And becoz I did pretty well in each course, there is not much burdens or stress. Most importantly, I am going to graduate 4 months later!!
I kinda like missing school already. I really love my women's studies classes. Every gal shared their stories and values... telling all these great and worse experiences. I could learn a great deal from the conversations and discussions. *ah... sweet days* I pray that God can give me chance to start my career in feminist field.

During my study break

It's a blessing to have a study break. It makes my studying less stress and more flexible. For the last few days, I only have to read 2 to 3 chapters per day. Now I've done most of the readings for the upcoming 3 exams, and I still have the next 2 days for reviewing.
It's funny that I have started reading bible every night because my "reading mode" is switched on during this study break. I read chapters and chapters of bible these while. hahaaa. I can't imagine that I find interest in reading bible during exam period. Hope that I can keep up with the reading habit after the exams.
